Our Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel which allows for the maximum expression of varietal character. Intensive vineyard management during the growing season yielded golden ripe fruit, producing a wine that exhibits grapefruit and melon flavors, classic Sauvignon Blanc herbal notes, and a refreshing acidity.
