Description
This Bordeaux-style blend was aged for two years in both French Oak, and is even more deeply colored than the Merlot. Again, this relatively young wine’s aromas need a little coaxing, but some swirling lifts blackberry, sweet vanilla and toasted oak scents up out of the glass.
Varietal composition:
- 67% merlot
- 25% carmenere
- 8% cabernet franc
Winemaking:
- 21 days total maceration time on skins
- 26 months barrel aging in french and american oak
- 33% new french oak
- 100% malolactic fermentation

- Alcohol: 13%
