| From LIE: Take the Long Island Expressway to the very last exit. This brings you to Rt 58 (and the Tanger Mall), continue heading east through the Riverhead traffic circle. You are now on Rt 25, continue for seventeen miles to the winery. |

| From Route 27 (Sunrise Hwy) |
| Take Route 27 (Sunrise Hwy) east to exit 61, County Road 51 (Riverhead/ Eastport). After coming off the exit, travel a short distance on the service road and bear right on the cloverleaf (follow sign to Riverhead). Now you are on Rte. 51, East Moriches- Riverhead Road. Travel approx. 9 miles to the end. At the yield, bear right, you will come to a traffic circle. Go halfway around and head east on Route 24 towards Southampton. Take Route 24 to the first traffic light and make a left on Route 105 North. At the first light (Florist/ Garden Center on left) make a right. This is route 25, Main Road. Travel east approx. 16 miles through Jamesport, Laurel, Mattituck and Cutchogue. When you enter Peconic, watch for Osprey's Dominion Vineyards on the left side of the road. |

| From New England |
Take the ferry to Orient Point via New London or Block Island. Make a left out of the ferry parking lot. Now you are on the "North Road," Route 48. Travel approximately 8 miles west. Make a left on Ackerly Pond Road (landmark: Dorosky's Nursery) and take it to the end (watch for the biggest Sycamore in Southold town on your left!). At the stop, take a right. You are now on Main Road and Osprey's Dominion is just over a quarter mile on the right.
Alternatively, use the ferry from Bridgeport, Connecticut to Port Jefferson, NY and then take Route 112 South to Route 25A east. Follow Route 25A (not 25!) about 10 miles to stop light at Wading River Valero gas station. Turn left at light onto Sound Avenue (also called Route 48, North Road, Dual Highway depending on mood of locals). Take Sound Ave roughly 15 miles further east and make right on Peconic Lane just past B-P gas station. Take Peconic Lane south to the end. Make a left onto Main Road (Rte. 25) and Osprey's Dominion is about a quarter mile on the left." |

| Southern Route: Jersey Turnpike to Rte. 440 East - (Follow signs to Perth Amboy/ Staten Island) to Outer Bridge Crossing (Follow signs for Verrazano Bridge, stay on 440) to 278 East. Take Verrazano Bridge to Belt Parkway East. Follow to Cross Island Parkway North to LIE East. Then follow above directions. |

| Northern Route: Take 95 North to GW Bridge. After bridge take Cross Bronx Expressway (295) to Throgs Neck Bridge (or Whitestone to Utopia East- Dealer's Choice). After Throgs Neck take Cross Island Parkway East to LIE East. Then follow above directions." |
